There’s free delivery with all orders in the UK over £ 50.00p (for outside the UK, charges will need to be made to cover cost of postage).
Ordering online
Order online today and get the benefit of Ruby Red’s organic body care range delivered direct to your front door all wrapped in our special delivery parcel. Simply follow these easy steps and the postman will be knocking with a package of freshly-made skincare treats in next to no time.
1. Go to our dedicated ‘shop’ section and peruse the range.
2. Click on the product you want to buy.
3. Click ‘add to cart’.
4. Choose how many items you need (and remember – you owe your sister a nice pressie for that time she looked after the cat).
5. If you want another peek at our products click on ‘continue shopping’, if not hit ‘checkout’. This is where you’ll be transported to our secure PayPal page to process your transaction by debit or credit card. Don’t panic – you’re not committed to buy until this point.
Phone us with your order
We’re happy to accept orders over the phone if you’re paying by cheque or postal order. Please make cheques payable to ‘Ruby Red Cosmetics’ and write your name, home address and cheque guarantee card number on the back. Allow between 3 to 5 business days for cheques to clear before orders are despatched.

Delivery details in UK
All orders are despatched within 24 hrs. There are no hidden fees, no charges added to the cost of your products that you didn’t know you were paying for.
We use Royal Mail to deliver your order. If you’re not in when the postman calls, Royal Mail will advise you when to take delivery. Unfortunately they won’t hold items forever, and any unclaimed deliveries will be returned to us.

Our standard delivery charges in UK are
- £ 2.00p for order value from £ 0.00p to £ 19.99p
- £ 2.50p for order value from £ 20.00p to £ 39.99p
- £ 3.50p for order value from £ 40.00p to £ 49.99p
- Free for all orders in UK over £ 50.00p up until £ 100
Orders over £ 100 and International Orders
For orders over £ 100 or deliveries based outside the UK, please contact us and we’ll work out a quote especially for you.
Our shop online can only quote you standard UK delivery charges so if you want your Ruby Red products of gorgeousness posted abroad or your order is over £ 100 either email Martine before you placed your order at orders@rubyredcosmetics.co.uk and we will invoice you seperately.
If you don’t have the time to email, and you prefer to order online, we will invoice you for payment for the balance due on the postal charges seperately before your order is despatched.
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that additional taxes, customs charges and import duties may be applied. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns policy
We’re sure you’ll love your order from Ruby Red, but if for any reason you’re unhappy we want to put things right as soon as possible.
Call us to arrange an exchange or refund and remember that we need to hear about damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that- Goods need to be returned unopened within 28 days in original packaging with a copy of the delivery note.
- We can’t offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products and postage and packing costs will not be refunded.
- Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data protection
We hate unwanted emails and phone calls as much as you do. That’s why we’ll never pass on or discuss your details with third parties.
Prices
All our prices are in British Pounds (£GBP). Prices and availability are subject to change. We will not increase the price of ordered goods awaiting delivery.
The small print
The Ruby Red website is provided free of charge for your personal use. Any contract of sale of goods between Ruby Red and yourself will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. Ruby Red irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Ruby Red comply with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Ruby Red will not be held accountable for the misuse of our products. All ingredients used in a particular product are listed both on our website and on product packaging.
Ruby Red reserves the right to change terms and conditions. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
