Work placements
Thanks to all of you who apply to Ruby Red for work placements, its good to hear from you.
There have been so many requests, we thought it was time that we set out our work placement policy –
We do have limited work placements available in Marketing and Manufacturing area and this is the deal
- you need to be studying or have experience in the area you are applying to work in,
- you need to be available for 3 months for a minimum of 3 days per week,
- you need to live within easy distance of Harrow.
We will give you a real work experience not just job shadowing ( which we don’t do) so you need to show comitment and an enthusiasm for the task. A willingness to muck in and learn is essential.
We can’t pay you but we do contribute to your travel expenses and we will give references to succesful work placements.

Roving Natural Beauty Consultant. One day per week. London Area.
All our gorgeous Ruby Red products in our Central London retailers now need someone to look after them.
If you are passionate about natural beauty and love talking to the great British public about it, then this could be the role for you. You need to be self motivated, as you will be responsible for visiting our retailers and making sure that Ruby Red looks the best it can do on all the shelves as well as increasing sales of those little tubs of gorgeousness.
The role is one day per week, 10 am to 4 pm and could suit a student or a person returning to work. Sales experience as well as knowledge of natural products is a real advantage and for the right person, it could develop into a bigger role.

It’s ok, we like receiving speculative CVs but please let us know what you are interested in doing when you get in touch so we can let you know if a role comes up that we feel may interest you.
We do like getting letters but prefer to save trees wherever possible. That’s why we prefer applications via email only please.
