Retail Prices

All our Retail prices are in British Pounds (£GBP) and include UK VAT. VAT is charged at 20%. You won’t be charged any hidden extras or charges when it comes to paying the bill. Prices and availability are subject to change but we will not change the price of ordered goods awaiting delivery.


Shipping details

UK order are despatched within 2 to 3 days working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For orders outside the UK, these could take between 10 to 14 working days. If you have any queries about your online order, please contact our customer service team will be happy to help you. For the UK, we use Royal Mail or parcel Post to deliver your order. If you’re not in when the postman calls, Royal Mail will advise you when to take delivery. Unfortunately they won’t hold items forever, and any unclaimed deliveries will be returned to us. UK Orders charged a Standard Delivery Charge are sent out First class post or parcel post depending on the weight. UK Orders not charged delivery are sent second class post or parcel post depending on the weight.


Standard Delivery Charges

  1. In the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland): Orders under £ 25.00: £ 5.00 / Orders over £ 25.00: Free delivery.
  2. Europe Zone 1 (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Eire): £ 15.00.
  3. Europe Zone 2 (Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden): £ 18.00.
  4. Europe Zone 3 and 4 (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Turkey). £ 25.00.
  5. North America: £ 25.00.
  6. South East Asia: £ 30.00.
  7. Rest Of the World: £ 35.00.
    1. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that additional taxes, customs charges and import duties may be applied. These are the responsibility of the customer.

      Returns policy

      We’re sure you’ll love your order from Ruby Red, but if for any reason you’re unhappy we want to put things right as soon as possible. We can not offer a refund but can arrange for an exchange for another product. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

      1. We will need to see proof of purchase.
      2. Goods need to be returned unopened within 28 days in original packaging with a copy of the delivery note before we can exchange the goods.
      3. We can’t offer exchange on any opened or used products.
      4. No postage and packing costs will be refunded.
      5. Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge.

      Damaged products

      If you receive your product and it has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

      1. We will need to see proof of purchase.
      2. Goods need to be returned unopened within 28 days in original packaging with a copy of the delivery note before we can exchange the goods .

      1. Go to our dedicated ‘SHOP’ section and click on the product you want to buy.
      2. Choose how many items you need.
      3. Click ‘ADD TO BASKET’.
      4. If you want another peek at our products click on ‘CONTINUE SHOPPING’, if not hit ‘PROCEED TO CHECK OUT’. We use Sage Pay to securely process our debit/credit card payments. The Sage Pay's payment page is hosted by Sage Pay on a secure page. Your card details will not be stored.
